Pau D’Arco has been used by herbalists for centuries.

Traditionally, 2–3 teaspoons (10–15 grams) of the bark are simmered in water for 15 minutes and consumed as a tea 3 times per day. 

This product delivers 500 mg of pure extract of Pau d’Arco bark in a capsule.

Daily dosage: Take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily as needed.
